We have not used yet but purchased because of fuel fuel and no taxes due if purchased before July 1, 2024. This is for our Florida home.

did have a problem with serial number. mine is a 5300cx and it was not listed when i filled out the warranty info.

Love the Dual Fuel Option

Bought this 2 weeks ago & have not had a chance to use it. Looking forward to having a backup power source for our multiple power outages. No more sweating in the dark or throwing out spoiled food.
