Bought this 1 week ago, and it worked great. Instructions could be a little clearer. I thought from reading other reviews that it was a push button start. Have to pull recoil in order to start.

Went to buy one after the power went out in Houston due to a tornado and worked really well to give the household power in order to not be in the dark and heat

Bought this nice generator after power outage. Easy to use and gave us the minimal power we needed to run a few appliances and our refrigerator. Great generator in a pinch!

We purchased this after the recent tornados in town. We used it with no issues for several days but haven't had a long-term usage time. we did put about 70 hours on it. There is a pretty bad design flaw with one of the brackets. After only about 15 hours of use, the bracket that holds the black cylinder thing broke off due to only being held on with tiny tack welds. Other than the break-in oil change and the bracket we had no problems

I chose this model for the duel fuel option, had to give up the electric start ….but no worries it starts easy
