The packing was very good and no parts were lost. Assembly was easy and the directions are very thourough. It's on the charger now to bring the battery up to power and I'm heading out to get propane for a test run.

Great features! Compact Size, Dual fuel, Remote Control Start with automatic choke, etc., etc. Really a premium product. Fired right up first try using remote control (my wife loves this feature). We're now well prepared for for any power outage.

awesome straight out of the box

The huge amount of reviews are real. Was reading instructions on how to program my remote and all I did was press start and it fired up. I have a utility trailer with ac, multiple lights, and outlets. Once completely full was able to operate all without a hiccup. I did notice a lag in the beginning due to just having enough full to play with it. Overall I am super satisfied with the product so far.

Generator was delivered on time and in perfect shape. I added the supplied oil and hooked it up to a propane tank and started with remote key fob. I'm totally surprised at how quiet and smooth this generator runs for a non-inverter type. I absolutely recommend this for anyone looking for a 5,000 watt generator.
