Great Generator

Just received my WGEN5300 generator today. It works incredibly well for my farm. I will be making provisions to my house to use when there is a power outage.

Bought it for electric start, then propane

The instructions were not complete. We were having difficulty using the electric start on our first time (to see if the darn thing actually worked), I ended up using the pull start. Calling for service today, we find out that the battery needs to be fully charged. We also found out that we could just keep the charger on the unit.
Oh, by the way, if a serious number of marketing emails begin flooding my mailbox, your address will be listing in my spam folder. I do not like being abused by anyone's marketing department.

Exactly what we wanted. Just the right size to recharge whole house battery. Propane is very clean and keeps the generator always ready unlike gasoline. Remote start and auto choke makes it extremely easy to start.
