Nice unit

Waited several months for it to come back in stock. Ideal output for my needs and ability to run on propane was driver for selecting this model. Instructions are clear and concise. I added 0.7L of supplied oil, put on wheels and feet. Hooked up to propane and started with remote without issues. Let it run 1 hour unloaded to break in. A few days later I hooked it up to the house to test if it could power my essential loads, which it did without issue.
Had a little trouble getting oil dipstick to line up and thread properly. Other than that, I'm happy with this purchase.

Very well made generator, Comes with everything you need to set it up and to maintain it. I really like the Oil filler funnel that screws into the oil filler hole to fill it up with oil that they supplied. The instruction Manuel is very detailed on how the operate and service the generator. I wish I could say I was looking forward to an outage so I could use it, but hope not, Very reasonable price for all the features it has to offer. including remote start.

Broken air cleaner

Haven’t been able to run it yet. After opening it when I brought it home, I noticed the side of the air cleaner housing was cracked and broken. Box showed no signs of damage when I picked it up from store. Still waiting on customer service...

I did my research before purchasing a moderately-sized portable dual-fuel generator. There are many brands out there, and this Westinghouse has the right mix of solid build quality, useful features, and robust support!

Great portable generator. Fanatic Performance and value. It was easy to assembled, the instructions were super clear and great customer service. I would recommend this generator to anyone who is looking a great backup generator.
