Brought this beast home, oiled it up, put the wheels on it, hooked it up to a propane tank and two pulls later it was humming away. My box was missing the oil, spark plug tool and the LP hose, but customer service took care of me right away when I called. I am very happy with my purchase And have recommended to my neighbor.

Set up and operation is very simple

I have had less than a month and used once. So far so good. Only issue was it did not have the battery charger with it. Customer service was helpful in getting one sent to me...

Set Up Ease

What impressed me most was the out-of-the-box ease of set up. I wondered how a 64-year-old might tip the 100-pound generator on its side to attach the wheels and rubber rests, but it was easy. Then, everything I needed came in the box - tools, parts, clearly labeled. All told, it took 10 minutes before I was wheeling the generator down the hill to the back door and into position to attach the hose for the propane tank. Eight years ago I bought another mfg's generator. This seems like a product from the future in comparison - compact, and packed with features like the dual-fuel and electric start that the other piece, which cost more, didn't have.
