Exactly what I needed

After filling with oil/fuel, started first pull. Ran 30 min unloaded. Changed to lpg, started first pull again. Ran another 30 min unloaded. Connected to house it ran 240v water pump 185 feet deep along with a few lights, ceiling fans inside. Those are the basic services we need when power is out. Also much quieter and easier to

Compact design and easy setup

The generator was easy to setup following the directions with the tools/oil that was supplied. It fired right up with using propane. Can't wait to try putting load on this now!

Easy Set-up and Remote Control is awesome

Recently purchased this generator because we live on the coast. Set it up this weekend in preparation for upcoming storm. Set up was very easy and the remote control function is awesome. We can turn it on and off without having to go outside. Great feature.

Pull cord stuck after 2 days using

The generator looks nice. One wheel looks too wobbly but hey it works! Seemed easy to setup. The oil drain looks like it's in a grewt spot - going be fun to drain the oil and try not make a mess. Not looking forward to that in the next 25 hours. That's okay cause I got time - I can't get it started. Wanted to manually start it. Pulled the cord twice and it jammed up. The cord is stuck half out. Called the number on the "Stop don't return to the store" paper. See what happens next. Fun times.

Remote start and stop

After unpacking and reading all instructions, which are clear and easy to read. We used to stay a night in our RV. It worked flawless. The remote start was a plus. I would highly recommend this generator.

Hurricane Sally

Bought this just in time for hurricane sally, delivered on Friday, storm the following Tuesday. So glad I got it. Power went off Tuesday night and I had not even had time to put it together yet. So, in the dark with only a flash I put it together. Had it up and running in about 10 minutes. Ran it 24hrs without a hitch. Thanks for a great product and saving the day.
