I live in the PNW on an island. this is my backup power. It was packaged well, no issues at all, on time, Just Great All around. The booklet is in real english and complete. Thanks

Just unboxed it and am breaking in the engine now. Nice design. Instructions were easy to follow. I'm glad to now have it for power outages. 3 star rating because box came without a battery charger.

The only complaint i got is my frame was bent and there was a dent in the frame but everything is awesome

Started right up after receiving. Got unit with defective oil plug, so I will have to call the company to get a replacement, but started right up manually. Battery arrived dead so remote start didn’t work right away.
I would recommend this to a friend!
