The only complaint i got is my frame was bent and there was a dent in the frame but everything is awesome

I received my WGen5300DF generator on Thursday and fired it up on Saturdays and it runs rough and very erratic; out of the box. After getting online reading other reviews I saw others complaining about the same thing and having problems getting satisfactory results looks like I'm headed down the same road. I am registering my warranty to start the process.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Just unboxed it and am breaking in the engine now. Nice design. Instructions were easy to follow. I'm glad to now have it for power outages. 3 star rating because box came without a battery charger.

I live in the PNW on an island. this is my backup power. It was packaged well, no issues at all, on time, Just Great All around. The booklet is in real english and complete. Thanks
