Perfectly sized generator for our needs

This generator is perfectly sized for our needs. I want to be able to have heat, water, and a functioning refrigerator when the power goes out, and this will efficiently do this for us. The dual fuel option allows us to be better prepared for longer outages without having to worry about going to the gas station every day or so. I took off one star because the packaging on this item is completely inadequate for shipping to the consumer. There is no padding between the heavy generator and the cardboard. This arrived dented in multiple places, with the cardboard ripped because of rubbing and impact. We would have exchanged it, but this model is impossible to find in stock right now. We tested it, and it seems to run fine, I hope the shipping impacts didn't cause any hidden damage that will show up after the return and warranty periods are up. Fantastic item, but Westinghouse should package it better.

I was so impressed that you could use propane OR gas plus start it with a remote. Started up the 1st time - no problems - great item for the price.
