Wanted dual fuel • Great features

Shipped in a compact carton. Installed the wheels and feet. Didn't expect to have electric start with the battery and remote, but this was nice. Oil included WITH spout to fill. I'm waiting to get a couple more propane tanks (new) as extra beyond grilling tanks. When I do, I'll break the generator in with propane. Gas in my state is 10% ethanol which doesn't store well. This generators quality looks much better than ones I've previously used, but I won't really have a good test until there is a power outage. Will repost an update if needed at that time.

Received this generator the same day we had a 19-hour outage! Interesting timing. Easy to set up. Ran on propane. I used the manual pull to start it the first time. Only took 2 pulls to get it running. Very impressive. I am using it only to run my well-pump. When the pump kicked in, the generator RPM slowed a bit for about a second, but it ran flawlessly for an hour before normal power returned. Tomorrow I'll be testing the remote control. I don't plan on using gas.

second westinghouse generator

My first generator was the 3600df which is 3 years old and has over 2000 hours on it. I bought this one because of the increased size and range on the remote. I do not believe you can match the price for the features on this generator anywhere. I know you can't match the service they provide if there is a issue. I have never had service this good from anyone. I recommend you buy you won't be sorry.

Happy with this so far. It starts right up, it's quieter than my old generator, and lit a lamp without incident. And it's blue. Otherwise we'll have to see how it does when the power goes out. Now please send me my free cover. Thx!

Dual Fuel Generator

Box was a little beat up but the generator was perfect, It took 5 min to unbox install wheels connect batter and hook it up to propane, It started right up using the push button electric start and powered a few things in the garage, it is much quieter than my old unit and I look forward to many years of service from it. duel fuel feature is a must for me and I would recommend it to anyone needing a new one. Buy American whenever Possible IMO
