Easy setup, simple to startup

Run it a couple of times, seems fine. Straightforward to setup and use. If you plan to move around, definitely pay attention to whether model include the wheels or get the accessory wheels.

WGen5300DFC Generator

My first Generator and I was looking for a Dual Fuel and Battery Start. This Model also has a Remote start feature. Would have preferred that this model or equivalent already had the wheel set. Purchased separately and needed to add parts.

This 5300 watt generator has all the features necessary to pair with batteries and provide intermittent operation to limit the need for operation to charging the batteries OR full house power as well, if needed.. We will see??..

Wonderful generator

I was running it during 2020 freeze in Houston , Texas and that kept my house warm and no issues with the pipes at all. Running it already for 4 years and run flawlessly . During Beryl was kind of hard to find gas and propane tanks and decided to upgrade to a 11500TFC new one just arrived yesterday. I never had issues with the 5300DF and hopefully will not have issues with the new one. The 5300DF run my whole house except of AC unit but bought a portable ac unit a window unit and used it during Beryl without any problems, 3 tv's running 2 refrigerators, central fan, all the plugs and lights. Overall extremely satisfied with it. Also 4 friends of mine bought the 5300DF after my recommendation and they have only good thoughts about it.
