I bought this a few months ago and used it to power my house and it ran great. Remote start and push button start work properly. My only complaint is that the bottom frame was slightly bent, but nothing that affects the function of the generator.
I would recommend this to a friend!

A real well rounded machine

Just got it running, after unboxing and realizing I should have found out more about needing wheels, this is a pain to move around.Did one pull on the starting cord, it did not retract! Found the starter cord cover was damaged and pushed in so bad it wouldn’t spin inside. Thankfully I’m pretty handy and did not want to learn about returns and ordering parts, bent things back in shape, all good, runs well.
Would be nice if they put info in paperwork about wheel kit, discounted or otherwise.

Great Features and Design Easy To Use

I bought this generator because I have frequent power outages where I live. It is easily able to run my refrigerator, deep freeze, and many other devices at the same time. The dual fuel option is very nice to have. It still works great even using propane. I wish I had bought this sooner.

Easy To Operate

Purchased approximaterly one month ago. Added the oil and gas, connected the battery , selected the fuel type and was ready to go. Tapped the start button and the unit started immediately running smoothly and all features worked perfectly. Never thought it would be so easy not to mention how quiet the unit was for the size.

Very impressed with the ability to keep up with consistent power. I’ve run a few power tools and it kept them working steady. I love the push button and remote start. A feature you would find on the much more expensive models. My only disappointment is the oil fill and drain design. It’s a little cumbersome for us older folks. Other than that, I’m very pleased with this generator. I’m glad I bought it.
