Bring on the snow!

Last winter we were without power for five days and had no generator. This year we are prepared! We have no doubt that this generator will do everything we need should we lose power!

Lightly damaged

Small dent in frame on arrival. Bottom of box must have collapsed under the weight. The box was not sturdy enough for the weight of the machine.
After the bottom gave out, the box had been turned on its side and the bottle of oil crunched.
Wheel kit was fast and easy to install. Seems like a sturdy and well made product despite not being packed for individual delivery. It ought to have been sent on a small pallet with some light straps.

Super nice generator!
Haven’t used it yet but kind of looking forward to losing power so we can try it at.

Great Backup Generator

I bought this in preparation for Hurricane Ian and glad I did. Used it flawlessly for four days. My only regret is not purchasing the electrical start version, which is easier on the back.

Great features, hard to get working

Just opened box. Easy set up but unit does not produce power. Still trouble shooting with Westinghouse. Will add to review as things progress.
