I PURCHASED THIS BECAUSE MY HUSBAND ISNT ALWAYS ABLE TO BE HERE TO ASSIST ME LIKE OUR OLDER GENERATOR TO PULL THE STRING, THE ONLY ISSUE WAS THE STRING HOUSING WAS DENTED UPON ARRIVAL BUT IM PLEASE WITH IT, CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TAKING CARE OF IT EXPEDITIOUSLY

bought after hurricane Idalia. cannot get any power from 30 amp outlet. been trying to get tech support for 3 days with no results. The 2 120 outlets work fine
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Item but brand new with gouges. Item works great buy damaged to the max by eye

Great features and easy to start

My son helped with the set up but I asked to start it and it started on the first pull. Had to use it a couple of months after my purchase in June 2023. The power was out for 48-72 hours, I was glad I made the purchase! I also like that one can use gas or propane for fuel.
I would recommend this to a friend!

A great running unit

Well I bought it to run the appliances in the camper for deer hunting. I am glad I did. It does a better job than the smaller unit we had. I love the remote start. Do run it in a well ventilated area like the manual says. I did not when I was trying it out at first and found out the CO detector works good and shuts the unit down.
I would recommend this to a friend!
