Purchased this last month but haven't used it yet. I have been reading over the manual so I will know how to use it.This Feb ('23) and last Feb ('22) we were without power due to historical ice storms here in Texas. My 87 yr old husband is on Hospice care at home and I can't be without power again. I'm so relieved to have this generator now. I'm 82 and I think it will be easy for me to operate with the remote start feature. I also purchased some heavy-duty extension cords to use with it. Thank you Westinghouse for developing dependable products for the times we live in.

just received the new Westinghouse 5300 generator. Like the compact size and it’s a lot quieter than my old one was. Was it easy to set up and it fired up first time with no issues really like the dual fuel capability

I bought this because the Power Company has been cutting off power during hot dry summers, and I wanted a generator that would provide enough power to save my freezer and keep some of the lights on. Great so far..

This gen is awesome, runs just like it is supposed to. Powered everything in my 5th wheel to include ac, microwave, and coffee machine all at once.

My daughter and son-in-law purchased this for me. About 2 weeks later I lost electricity and was able to keep the refrigerator and fans running. With hurricane season approaching I am very thankful
