Good generator when working

Have had the generator for about a year, love the remote start. It powers my remote cabin and works very well for that. However, tried starting recently and no dice, went out to check on it and all the power lights were off, checked battery, connections, fuses.. all good. Hoping Westinghouse support will help and the warranty is good.
I would recommend this to a friend!

RV-ready Generator with Features Galore

I've owned several generators from different manufacturers and find this Westinghouse 5300W 120/240V generator to have superior quality of manufacture and many features not found in this price range. It has dual fuel Gas/Propane and RV Plug with 240V Plug. It is almost as quiet as my inverter generator. It has 4.7 gal fuel tank and cast aluminum valve cover. I am RV living off the grid with 6kW solar power array and battery backup storage. The solar power provides 100% of my electric needs when sun light is available. This unit powers my RV with 120V for cloudy times. I will use this generator for backup power after my house is built. I highly recommend this unit.

Great back-up for essential power during outages

I bought this unit because my wife was on a home oxygen machine 24 hrs a day. I was concerned that a power outage could be fatal for her. We did in fact have two power outages, and I was able to use the generator to power not only the oxygen machine, but for limited lighting, etc., as well.
I was very pleased with all aspects of the unit ( i.e. - ease of assembly, ease of operation and over-all performance}).

Appears to be a very nice generator much larger than the old one hopefully it will power more things than the old one
