Runs great on gas but not propane

After going through the manual and initial set-up, I tested the generator on gas and it runs great. Next I tried propane and it would not start. I live at 3,500ft and I think I need the high altitude regulator for propane. I love the electric start and remote, but I need help with propane.

Only 4 for not till tested. Just got delivered yesterday now to get it setup and running. It will be our main generator for our off grid home. Let ya know in few months how it goes

We are able to run a whole trailer fridge and 2 ac units on it and it doesn't even seem bothered. Reliable and power horse

So I actually bought two generators for my guest cottage and my own personal home. This one was for the Guest Cottage Tenant. So far so good. Excellent price for powering the basics.
