Problem With Generator

We purchased this generator with the hopes of buying more of them for our tower sites. Unfortunately this one came with a defective gasket on the float bowl. Additionally, we called the 1800 number and we were told to be patient and someone would call us back. After being on hold for more than 30 minutes, we decided to go online and complete the process because we mailed the registration card.

I am very pleased with the purchase of this generator and was impressed with the overall quality of this unit. It comes with a very descriptive manual outlining proper storage procedures based on use. I would recommend to a friend for sure!

I purchased this generator in April and it has been nothing but a blessing to the business. We use it daily for our ice cream truck and it works great. We have had no issues and I would recommend this generator to anyone who is looking to buy a good and reliable generator. I have absolutely no regrets.

Easy set up/ great product

Very impressed with this generator, super easy to turn on. Tried it out with gas and works perfect. Must try the propane to see how that works but I would highly recommend this generator. Priced to sell!

Arrived early

Generator arrived earlier than we were told it would. Started on the first try (after the battery was charged), on gas it ran for a little while and then shut it's self off, switched to propane and it ran great. Will have to talk to customer service to resolve the gas issue. It operated the appliances we needed it to when the power failed.
