I purchased this item in June and appreciate the versatility, efficiency and low noise level. The only issue I had was hooking up to LP tank. There should be a flexible gas line at LP end rather than have direct hookup to reduce stress on connection. Overall very pleased with performance.

I have only gotten as far as unboxing, filling with oil, and connecting the battery. I like the features it has such as the remote start, storage compartment, tote and carrying handles. I especially like the light weight for the amount of wattage it produces. Makes it easy to load and unload on the back of my pickup.

Amazing at First

I received the generator on April 30, 2024. I immediately hooked up propane and started using it. It worked amazing at 1st, but after about 3 months, I started having starting issues. I didn't have problems until I tried using Gasoline, and now it doesn't like to start at all. Occasionally, I have to let it set for days before it will start. The warranty department says it's probably the carburetor and that is only covered for 3 months. I use this daily to charge solar power stations that are not getting enough sun, it might be okay for emergency use, but not for regular use off-grid.
