Great inverter generator

I bought this inverter generator few days ago after careful research and shopping the best retailers in my area for the best deal. This is it. It fulfills all my criteria including the best price.
Due to weather conditions I did not start the generator yet, but I am happy with the iGen4000DFcv's quality, features and accessories and can't wait to do the tryout.

We just ordered this inverter. It’s a great size and it has an extendable handle with wheels for easy movement. It should be easy to store and use during those pesky hurricanes.

Seems like a great Generator

I just set mine up and ran it for about an hour. Ran a refrigerator, charged a phone and a backup battery. Went back and forth between standard and eco mode. Seems to throttle correctly. After running, I wanted to try draining the carburetor bowl, which went smoothly once I identified the screw. The setup instructions left a lot to be desired about how to do this and I resorted to online material. Once I found the screw it was a snap. The other thing that tripped me up was the connection of the battery connectors inside. There is a little add-on tag on the unit that identifies you need to do it, but no further explanation. After numerous tries of pulling the manual start cord, I figured it had to be something like the battery as the light wasn’t lit on the switch when you turn it on. I once I connected the battery cables inside, it fired right up!
I also love how quiet this unit is. I tested the decibels at about 23 feet and it was only 56db on regular mode(not eco mode). Right next to it and it was only 64db!
I look forward to using it during the next power outage!

Awesome light weight and quiet

I purchased this inverter generator few weeks ago got it broke in and works great light weight able to carry from place to place without a struggle the features are good also the display showing running time gas levels and power output are very nice the display light for night use is also helpful the quality put into this makes it a purchase with the money

I received this Inverter as a gift. It was very easy to set up and to start. Very easy to move around. Love the fact that it will run on propane or gas.
