Great so far!

Bought to replace gas only Honda. Unpacked, added oil, followed the instructions to easily hook the propane tank up, and within 10 minutes I fired it up. The instructions are easy to follow on the startup guide. The only thing additional I needed to buy was a propane tank. Oil, funnel, tool kit, and gas line was all included in the purchase price. Side panels are easy to manipulate. The unit cranked easily, ran quiet and seems to be a quality product. I look forward to using it.

I am happy with this generator I had an older generator the was larger, heavier and noisier. this one is smaller, lighter, quieter greater output. Have some blowers that ran at 12 amps and would trip the older generator but with and output of 20 amps no problem. Love the data center

Quiet, lightweight, portable and dual fuel, what’s not to like. Friend has one and it sees daily use for his small business and hasn’t skipped a beat. I couldn’t believe how quiet this thing was, exactly what I was looking for so I bought one.

I haven't gotten to use it yet, but is seems like a quality product. I did borrow a similar model (same brand) from a friend recently and it worked really well, prompting me to buy this one. I especially like the dual fuel component

I love this generator. I own a Honda Generator that was 3x the price and this Westinghouse iGen4000cv is just as quiet and runs amazingly!

Didn’t start out of the box

Followed start up guide and it wouldn’t start. Didn’t want to be too invasive as to void the warranty so I called support. Surprisingly I got through quickly. Tried everything they suggested along with items listed in the email they sent to establish a case number Waited 5 days and no return contact so I started snooping around under the service covers with a flashlight and found a disconnected blue wire under the gas tank. Plugged it back together and everything worked just fine. Ran on gas and propane.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
