Floods itself and won’t start

80% of the time when you go to start it it floods out and won’t start, then have to let it sit for an hour or so and try again with your fingers crossed and hope for the best. When it does run it works good. Ordered the high altitude kit it says to order in the owners manual and it’s the wrong one cannot find the right one.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Generator for RVing

I was looking for a generator to use with my Travel Trailer.
I wanted one that was quiet and had a remote start and put out enough power to run my A/C and other items. This generator met those requirements.
I would have gotten the Dual Fuel model if they had been available.

Bought this to mount on our HDT truck. Love the remote start feature. Works perfectly. We run it on propane only and have had no issues with starting remotely. Runs our 13k btu AC just fine while charging our onboard batteries as well.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Brand new and doesn't run

I bought this generator over two months ago and I can't use it because it runs for a few seconds and then dies. I spoke with someone in support, and they said it was likely a bad control panel and that they would send me a new one, but I haven't heard anything since then, which was over a month ago. This is ridiculous!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Packed with features & easy to operate

I bought my iGen4000DFc a month ago to power my school bus conversion. I wired my bus for a 30 electrical service and, after the 5 hour break in period, it was time to hook it up to the bus. The generator has enough power to run the AC unit, microwave and refrigerator all at the same time. Easy to start, and with the digital read out, I can see output voltage, how much power I'm using and how much fuel I have. I could be happier with my purchase. I also love the remote start.
