We purchased for a camping trip in the mountains. I wanted the ability to use propane at high altitude. Over 8000 feet. It started right up, and ran a camper ac, and water pump. It showed less than 50 percent load. The altitude did not seem to affect this generators output. I would say this is a quality product

Easy set-up, functionality and much quieter than expected. I was out of power for twenty-nine hours after a storm, that won't happen again with this beauty

Filled up oil, put gas in, read the instruction manual. Turn it on, ran great. Next day, tried it again, fired up just fine. Super quiet, runs my popup camper AC without an issue.

I bought this unit a few days ago. I am satisfied with my purchase and the ease of its use.
However, I noticed the corner of the housing case is cracked right above the right wheel. Otherwise, works great.
