The generator arrived with the manual clutch disconnected from the front panel. We had to reconnect it before using the generator. I bit disappointing for a brand new generator. However, the handle and wheels are a nice feature and now that it’s fixed will probably be a good generator for us.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought this after purchasing a larger one and decided to down grade to a small inverter. This is as great quality as the last one and would buy it again!
I have another generator rated at the same output but it is gasoline only, heavier and louder. I ran this one for an hour break in period. I varied the load but kept it below 50% as instructed. After a little over an hour I performed an initial oil change due to small engines not having oil filters. I used propane and had to play with the choke a little but it started quite easily and ran well. It has a reasonable level of noise but it is a generator. So far very impressed with this unit.
We bought this to power our camper and to early to tell as just finished the break in period. I was a little surprised at the amount of contaminant in the oil when I changed it after break in. Actually ran under a small load after break in for 45 minutes and changed oil in between after total of 3 changes was much cleaner. Power wise broke in to the letter and it never skipped a beat used kep fob to start works like a champ. For the money this generator is a great deal majority positive reviews on this model. Will be running the camper off it here within next few days an do not anticipate any issue based on the break in period performance. Have total of 6 hours using propane, plan is to use gas, recommended by small engine repair folks non-ethanol for these as any ethanol can shorten the life of the carburetor on the motor. Will post an additional review after running on the camper.
I needed a mid power generator to take to livestock shows and was lightweight enough for a single person carry. This fit the bill and more. Dependable and great run time
