After waiting 5 months to get it, it was shipped in one piece. directions easy to follow. Started right up. Paring was easy as well. Great generator. Not as heavy as expected and easy to maneuver.

Good power - light maintenance

I bought this generator to power our entire house - and it does, easily. However, after about 50 hours of use, it developed an oil leak and I've had to request replacement parts. Still under warranty though, and customer service said they'll ship right away.

Perfect fit for my back needs

I own a house that is all electric. We occasionally have a power outage and we need a generator to run our house. A stand alone system is far more expensive for the once in a while need. This unit runs my heat pump, fridge, internet and more with the two 50 AMP connections.
I would recommend this to a friend!
