Bought this generator for whole home backup power. Started up for first time and started leaking gas within 2 minutes?

I bought it a month ago and when I set it up it would not start. Hopefully after my phone call they will fix the issue.

Home Backup Power Generator

Needed a tri-fuel generator for natural gas connection for backup power for house. Will use for summer storms and winter weather when power lost. Westinghouse generators came forward during comparison for cost, durability, ease of connection/setup, and use.
I would recommend this to a friend!
