Can't Beat The Features!

Really is a 5-Star but since i'm nit-picking I knocked a star off due to the difficulty of trying to get the battery leads connected. This thing is a beast so understand it's 350-pound weight is no joke. You can't beat the value of this considering its output power and the fact it is rated for less than 5% THD (safe for most electronics). I will be using it for occasional portable needs but primarily as a home back-up generator. It will easily handle all my back-up power needs. Very excited to finally have back-up power here in Northern Maine.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Easy to set up, Super strong

Packaged very well, set up instructions more than easy to follow. Gen is stout and more than enough power. Noise is about the same as my old generac 5500. Gen has many plug in options and propane option is a plus. Very happy with this purchase.

Good power. Runs everything. However part is missing transfer switch outlet for home backup. Ask about part before picking up . In contact with customer service, so we will see!!

Easy assembly , started right up , easy to change to a floating neutral for home backup with clear precise directions on how to do so .
Was easier to roll around than expected .

Power house full of features

Just bought this unit yesterday (4/2/2021). It was very well packaged in a heavy duty cardboard box strapped on a small pallet, with zero problems during transport. Spent about 20 minutes on the minor assembly required, reviewed start-up procedures, hooked up a propane bottle and was running with a push of a button. We live in Southeast Texas, have been through a few hurricanes and the most recent winter storm that caused power problems. We have had a much smaller gasoline generator and decided it was time for an upgrade. The running watts, dual fuel capabilities and numerous other features of this unit for the price is what sold us and we researched them all. We had an electrician install an interlock switch last fall, so we just plug the generator into the panel and feed the entire house with power.
