Excellent features and extremely powerful

I was looking for a gasoline powered generator that had enough power to run my whole house as I do not have access to natural gas where I live.I was pleased to find out that the initial setup was a breeze and when it started on the first try I was very pleased, for a huge generator I was quite pleased that it was actually quieter than the General I had at my previous residence.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Been to the shop twice.

I bought this after the winter storm in 2021. First time I used it it worked great and used it for 3 hours. The next time I used it it wouldn’t start so I took it to the shop and they got it fixed. Third time I used it everything was great. The fourth time it was hard to start and when it did start it backfired and died. I tried to start it again and it was making a loud knocking noise so I turned it off. Now I’m trying to get it fixed under warranty and no one will return my call. Please do not buy this thing. They don’t want to do anything under warranty.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I live in Houston and after our power grid failure due a winter storm many people, myself included were left without power. I'm getting prepared this time! This generator is quality made and love that is dual fuel. Highly recommended.

Great generator with Great Features

I bought this generator back in Sept and before my wife was hospitalized. Recently had time to get it set up and running. Has more thn ample power for the hour and heat
pump/AC. We also have 4 freezers and well pump. Starts on demand! Great Unit!!
