I haven’t had to use the generator for a power outage yet but have ran it to break it in. Very powerful ran a compressor didn’t phase it at all. Assembly was very easy putting wheels on and the arms. Then putting in the oil and it fired right up. I upgraded my generator from a 4400 /9000 surge big difference for sure. Have put it off for far to long.

Awesome Machine.. It is BIG!!! Be ready for it!!! Once wheels are installed, can be moved around with ease.Everything is clearly marked and easy to understand..

Excellent whole house generator

We bought this generator to power our house during power outages and it works perfect for that. This unit has all the bells and whistles, electric start, remote start, and built in CO2 detector for protection.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great value, especially for 20Kw. Very heavy - so have a friend or 3 nearby to move it initially. Has a cute remote to start it.

I bought this ahead of Florida hurricane season 2023. We put together and attempted to start it hours before a hurricane was due....and we couldn't get it to start. We were lucky that we did not lose power. It turned out that the generator I bought had a bad battery. We were able to charge the battery and the generator started up.
I would recommend this to a friend!

My neighbor bought this and my electrician recommended this generator. I have a dual panel breakers box so I needed this model. I ran it for about 7 hrs to break it in and have changed the oil and oil filter. Very easy to change. It didn’t bat an eye when I tested it hooked up to the house. However it does take it two times to start each time and on one occasion it died and restarted by itself. The life timer on the unit also stopped working after that for some reason. Other than that, it is simple to operate.
