I bought this item on 9/07/23. It arrived the next day, which was breathtakingly surprising. Well Done to the shipping company Estes. The unit was well-packaged on a pallet. It was easy to install the wheels and roll the generator off the pallet. Although I started the generator and let it run for about 20 minutes, I have not used it to power my whole house yet. I really appreciate the remote start and push button start options. The electrician is coming this week to install the inlet box, interlock switch, and soft starts for our 4 ton and 2 ton heat pumps. Once these units are installed, I will update this review to indicate how well the generator powers our whole house.

Best ever Beast

We have on several generators over the years. Live in the gulf coast area where hurricanes are normal. This is the first hole home generator we have purchased. So far everything looks great. I would highly suggest anybody that needs a reliable power to get one
