Called For Warranty No Response.

Generator won't start. Called Rep suppose to have tech call me back. 30 days go by no response. Second submission now.

I received this inverter for Xmas 2024 and the timing could not have been better as we are expecting severe cold weather that could very well result in an outage . My wife is on a oxygen concentrator 24 hrs a day so not having power is not an option for us. The test start up went without a hitch.
