Off to a good start

Since I've only used it one time, I can make no claims regarding long term reliability.
However, I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the build. Nothing looked chintzy, or cheap. It even came with a bottle oil, and a full set of printed manuals and other reference material. A rarity with today's products.
My upper body strength is not the greatest, but I could carry it with my left arm without straining,
I followed the clear quick start notes, and it started on the second pull.
I was able to boil a pot of water in a 1000 watt pot while running a fan without a problem.
I also checked that the 2 5volt USB ports worked.
If this summer is anything like the last few, I'm sure I'll get a lot of use out of it.

Defective Unit – Needs Replacement

This 2,550W dual fuel generator stopped working after just a few uses. Won’t start on propane or gas, recoil is stuck, and it makes a loud rattling noise. Smells like fuel and feels unsafe to run.
Clearly defective. I need a replacement unit ASAP—this one isn’t usable and shouldn't have to be returned in this condition.

Love the easy handling

We bought this because of the easy to handle weight. so far starting low sound is wonderful we cant wait to take camping and see how it works. when we open camper up in a few weeks we will try it at the house before we head out but we know we will be pleased.
