It started with one pull right out of the box!! I couldn't believe how quiet it was also, we could carry on a conversation without yelling!!

Easy to start and quiet

We use this unit for our 5th wheel and so far it has met expectations. I tested it with my wife's blow dryer and it handled it fine. Hopefully it performs just as well when it is 90 plus degrees and I have to use the air conditioner. The blow dryer is 1800 watts so I don't forsee a problem. This unit was half the price of a Honda and has a higher output rating.

Great lil inverter/generator

Ordered on 4/5; order said delivery on 4/17. Got it on 4/7!!! Absolutely spectacular device. My friend also has one, which convinced me I had to have one for my RV. Quiet as any inverters out there at about 3/5 the price. Warranty is great at 3 years. Love love love this device. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend this to anyone who needs a compact investor/generator that is ultra quiet and runs like a Rolex.

Great Customer support. Until was re-called and after reregistering on-line, I was contacted stating since there were no repair close to my house so they sent me out a replacement, This was done prior to return of the unit I had so I could use the packing from it to send the other one back. Westinghouse also paid for shipping back. I have only used the generator a few times but has performed without any issues so far.
I would recommend this to a friend!
