Very pleased.Would have gave it five stars but the spark plug was cracked. This is an ongoing issue with these units and Westinghouse needs to correct it.

Failed out of the box

Took delivery and the generator would only stay running for 5 seconds and then turn off. I made sure there was oil and fresh gas. I believe it's a faulty oil sensor. I see a code of 0L.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

RV 13,500 BTU A/C

The iGen2500 runs my camper RV 13,500 BTU A/C. With nothing else running, all the breakers off, and the engine warmed up the generator would take everything it had to start the A/C before the hard start capacitor was installed in the A/C unit. After the Hard start capacitor (Supco SPP6) was installed in the A/C would start no problem.

Machine started right up like it should. I done the break-in run period with the generator and have ran it for a few hours so far and I works like it should. This generator will power up everything on my 20' camper with no problem. Just not everything at the same time but know that before I bought this product. Thanks Westinghouse.

Cranked right up with the first pull and was amazingly quiet ... perfect for my little 14' camper ... runs air, microwave, everything we need.

Great Start

On our first use, it started right up and keep the power going consistently. The only drawback was that it is a little noisy, which was not a problem at this campground. Overall, we are very satisfied.

Great Value

This is the second iGen2500 I have purchased. I was hoping one would run the air conditioner on my camp trailer but it wouldn't do it. It apparently will need two of these units. I also purchased the parallel cord. These units run a lot quieter than my old Coleman generator but they are still a bit louder than Honda. For the price difference it is plenty quiet. Has nice features and runs a long time on a tank of gas. We camped for four days at 7000 feet and it ran everything except the air conditioner. Westinghouse makes a high altitude kit that I'm trying to find and will install in both generators because I live at 4000 feet and most use will be above this
elevation.
