I bought this item when we had a severe storm. So for the last 3 it has been a life saver saved all our frozen foods in our big freezer and refrigerator and most of the house. I would recommend everyone to buy one.

Saved us after long power outage

Bought this to power a couple refrigerators, tv, WiFi, lights, fan, and dehumidifier after tornado and no power for 4 days. Ram for 4 days straight out of the box. Worked like a champ. Proud of this little guy. Would recomend

Generator Won't Start - DOA

Received the generator. Followed the quick start guide, added the supplied oil, added new gas, turned off ECO mode, turned vent cap on, set the choke, pulled about 20 times on the recoil pull cord. No start. Did not turn over. Set to run and everywhere in-between and kept pulling the recoil cord but engine would not turn over at all.
Checked the spark plug. Appeared fine but completely dry. Drained the fuel out of the carburetor, appeared the fuel was getting from the tank to the carburetor. Opened the carburetor, ran compressed air thru the fuel injector. Put back together and refueled. Still could not get to turn on.
Opened the front panel. A two-wire black and red connector was disconnected but did not appear to attach to anything upon inspection. Everything else appeared fine. Put front panel back on.
I think I got a lemon.
I'm going to try Westinghouse support and see where I get.

Great little genearator

I bought this to cover us during an outage and it ran our fridge, lights and gas water heater controls with no problem. Saving the groceries alone covered the cost of the generator and now we have it for future use tailgating etc.

nice little generator

Bought this right before a camping trip. Wanted to use it to run some fans and charge phones in the tents. worked well. nice and quiet. I like that the control panel is lit up by LED lights. makes finding it in the dark easier. did quit a couple of times on me, but the oil must have been right at the shut off level. added a little more oil and worked the rest of the trip.
