Day One, delivered in perfect condition, no scratches or broken pieces. Easy to follow instructions on set up. Man, this thing is light. Running oil provided, no problem filling with oil and gasoline. Set the choke following the start up guidelines, couple pulls and she coughed once, next pull, fired right up. Ran smooth through warm up and settled down in Eco mode. Made this purchase for our small off-road trailer. This is the smallest gen/inv that I could find that came 30amp trailer ready. Couple this with a softstart and I can run my air conditioner. I'm very impressed in my testing of this unit. Really like the digital data center that provides all the information I need to safely run this piece of hardware. Already recommended this generator/inverter to my neighbor who is looking to purchase one as well. Westinghouse, you did well.
After a battery problem with our camper, we decided it would be good to have the back-up capability of a small generator. We looked for (1) dual fuel because we didn't want to carry gasoline (2) campground quiet (3) a well-known name with good reviews and (4) purchased from a national organization in case we have issues while traveling. After reviewing many products online and looking at reviews on chat groups where we knew people, we narrowed our choice to a couple of generators. This Westinghouse fit the bill, seemed like a good value and was available from a national store. Starting our first camping trip with it shortly, but it was easy to assemble -- everything needed was in the box. Instructions were mostly clear (didn't say to put the access panel back on, but I guess when you're done, you put it back on!). It started on the very first pull running on propane. It's quiet, although may be a little louder than we thought, but let's see what happens when we get it going. So far, I'm a fan!
We had to buy a generator due to power outage in our area. The generator worked perfectly for what we were needing. It was easy to move around and no problems on start up.
