Just picked this up and unpacked. Very well protected packaging. Quick start guide was clear and easy to understand. It came with oil, funnel, and tool kit. I added the oil, checked for any loose items "under the hood", fueled it up. I turned the switch to on/choke, waited for ten seconds or so for the fuel to get into the system. It started on the second pull. Very quiet in both the regular and economy mode. Extremely easy pull starter, so no problem for almost anyone. I love the three year warranty. This is going to be perfect for my RV power backup.

1of 2 bought to run in parallel to power travel trailer, this one is running rich and will be working with service dept to correct this,, the other is running clean and grea t,does a good job by itself

Can't believe how easy starting this is. Followed all instructions, started first time on 3rd pull. Every time since ... 1st pull. Great portable power, super quiet.
