This is an initial review- I just received the generator so it has not gotten any real use yet, just some testing in my back yard. Overall seems like a good value for what it is.
Pros so far:
+Came with the exact amount of oil needed as well as a funnel that screws into the oil port.
+Light weight, I will have no issues lifting this in and out of my truck (unlike a family member's Honda 2000i that I borrowed)
+Quiet- not as quiet as the Honda, but I knew it wouldn't be.
+Easy to start. Took a couple of pulls but that could be user technique.

Cons (minor)
-The quick start guide was great BUT there were a few things I ended up having to look in the manual for that I think could have been a "tips" section on the guide (ex: if you've turned it off an want to restart it, turn the knob to "run" not "choke") and "turn off ECO mode" could have been included in the shutdown instructions, since 'make sure ECO is off' is part of start up.

Night fishing!

Got this little generator for night fishing on our boat. Needed something that wouldn't be cumbersome and quiet enought not to scare fish or leave us deaf. The igen1500 (gas) checks all the boxes we needed. It powers up our lights isn't a pain to carry on and off. Great addition for my family.
