This was a pleasant surprise. The generator arrived, well packaged and with easy-to-follow instructions to get it operating. It even had a handy oil container, oil, and spark-plug tools. The generator started on the second pull only because I forgot to pull out the choke. It is almost as quiet as a Honda 1000 that I used to have. It is easy to handle and operate. And, again, it's quiet, and it looks nice, too, both essential for RV park use. It fit nicely in my travel trailer basement (smaller than the compartment for the auxiliary refrigerator). This is an excellent product that is worth every penny. For the price of one Honda, I can get a pair of 2000's plus the harness. One comment for improvement: Put an easy open tab to access the oil compartment instead of a screw. Why require another tool when a simple design change would make it unnecessary?

I use it to power the lighting and heater in my tool trailer. There's plenty of power for corded tools and battery charges for all the cordless tools. It's no longer to park near house power, or run long extension cords.
