-Excellent Tech Support. Spoke to Rick as prerequisite to purchase. -Main purchase criteria:1. Repair part and Tech Support availability. 2. 15 Amp output. 3. Fuel economy, and 12 hour run time. Box corner crushed on receipt. Product OK. Suggest more cushioning. -Good unboxing experience. -Good intuitive controls and product labeling.- Liked included: Oil, Funnel, and plug wrench.- would suggest adding screw driver. -Very good Technical documentation. Appreciated Schematic, Parts list, exploded drawings, and valve lash adjustment instructions. Kudos to your Tech Writers. - Experienced difficulty removing service cover first time. There is no cover feature to aid removal.- Caused slight cosmetic blemish from prying with screwdriver.- Suggest addition of designated "pry points" or other feature to facilitate service cover removal.

We live in a fire area and the electricity is regularly turned off. We needed something for our 84 year old mother. This is perfect for her refrigerator, coffee machine, lights, phones and more.

Ordered online and it came a week early! Good start. Took it out of the box, read and followed the easy to read instructions and cranked it right up. It ran great, smooth and quiet just as advertised. Tested with some 10A power tools - no problem.
I would recommend this to a friend!
