Once I figured out you need to make sure that it is FULL of oil, started on the first pull.

Awesome for camping, events and a blackout! Love having it around and keeps my mind at ease when hurricane season is here. Another big plus is it affordable and does it's job!

After looking at getting a generator, reading reviews and making a lot of comparisons. It seemed like a no brainer to purchase the Westinghouse IGen2200. For the cost savings over the Honda and from all indications being just as reliable and quiet I purchased it. I have not been disappoint. It runs great, generates all the power I have needed quietly and efficiently. We use it for camping, but will use it around the house as well if we need to when the power is out. This is a great small and quiet unit.

Quieter than expected

I bought this to run a blower fan while working in the field, (mobile mechanic). While I haven't put it thru it's paces as of yet I did fire it up, (very easy) and plugged the fan in and as expected it runs with no problem, the engine doesn't even come off idle with the efficiency mode on. You can have a normal conversation standing right next to it and not have to raise your voice. Runs very smoothly.
