Quiet but not powerful enough

Even though it says it runs at 2200 and peaks at 2500, we tried running a 1800w hairdryer on it and it choked and sputtered. We have called westinghouse and have been advised to take it in for repair.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

GOT IT DELIVERED 7/15/18 UNBOXED IT PUT IN OIL & GAS AFTER READING ALL PAPERWORK.PUT ON CHOKE STARTED ON 2ND. VERY LITE PULL LET IT RUN FOR ABOUT 20SEC. MOVE TO RUN & LET IT RUN TILL IT RAN OUT OF GAS.I JUST PUT IN ABOUT TWO CUPS OF GAS.DRAIN CARB. BOWL.IT SEEMS TO BE OK I WILL DO ANOTHER REVIEW WHEN I TAKT IT ON MY NEXT HOG HUNT I AM GOING TO USE IT TO RUN A 10,000BTU PORTABLE A/C IN MY TRUCK CAMPER.STILL WAITING ON MY A/C UNIT TO GET HERE HOPE IT WORKS GOOD. TO EARLY TO RECOMMEND BUT WILL LET YA'LL KNOW

Easy Start

I tested load and it powers a refrigerator, 50" LCD TV, Light, Laptop and a cellphone. I'm sure I could have added a few more. It's is vey quiet also. Very Happy with my purchase.

Light Weight and Fits almost Anywhere

I have a 35 foot pull behind trailer that we live in and sometimes we need electric when there is none. The iGen2200 when linked with another iGen2200 provides enough power to run the air conditioner along with other items like the coffee pot, tv, fridge etc.

Lightweight!

This generator is light enough for two old people to lift, and is super quiet! Tried it out on our last camping trip and were pleased with the ease of use and weight for moving. Highly recommend, especially at the price paid.
