Just received this iGen2200. Followed the startup directions...started on the 5th pull. Very quiet...no problems running my sump pump, which is the main reason for my purchase (for emergency, as well as refrigerator. Hope I never have to use it "for real"!

I bought this last year for tailgating. Its perficet I use it to keep the chili warm in an electric pot.

My first unit had problems, called customer service they took my information and problem. got an email from there technician who had me try several things but could not resolve the problem. so they sent me a shipping label. I sent the unit back and they sent me a new one. I have since taken it camping, it was quititer that my brother in law's honda, it ran about 8 hours a night for 6 nights, and never ran out of gas during the night, had no problems running my trailer all night and a couple of nights were very cold. I am very happy. Thank You

Solid unit for the money

Bought while comparing with many other 2000 watt units. Feature rich, competitive price. Very quiet unit. I liked the covers on front panel ports to block dust from internals while running.
