Wanted it to work

We got the generator and were so excited to use it on our camping trip. Started it up and it worked for 30 minutes and died. Maybe I got a faulty one. I need it for camping so I’ll contact customer service.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought this for any prolonged power outages. Should be able to keep food from spoiling and run any small devices to keep batteries charged i.e. phones

Got it, unpacked it, followed the instructions and it started on second pull. Same result the next time. It's well planned and simple to operate and ran the things I needed.

After adding oil it started and ran just fine. Cannot use the "efficiency mode when running my 10,000 BTU air conditioner, but on the "non-ECO" mode, where it just runs full speed all the time, it seems to work fine. Very pleased so far.
