Great product

Bought in August delivered in Sept due to backorders. So far we have been happy with the generator. My husband has run it for almost 3 hours so far and changed the oil as recommended due to the sediment from construction. He was extremely impressed with the lack of sediment. We are excited to take it camping and try it out. Well he did try it out with my hairdryer, curling iron and a small fan. It all worked great!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Good generator.

I bought this generator and am so far pleased with it. Not having a gas gauge makes overfilling a problem and having to unscrew and take the panel off to check the oil is hassle. But overall it runs quiet and is a nice generator.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We bought two iGen2200's to run our camper. Used them once, so far they work great! Can't comment on customer service because I haven't needed to contact them (thankfully).
