Nice Unit but...

The iGen 2200 appearst to be a nice unit and has no problem running as much as my wifes 1875 watt hair dryer. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because it tends to "sputter" with no load. Perhaps this is because I live at an elevation of 3600ft.

Great Generator

I bought this for my deer camp, looking for a smaller, gas efficient unit that i could run all night. This more than met my expectations: Very Quite, powers the microwave & runs all night on less than one tank of gas.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Perfect!

Finally got me an iGen2200. Couldn't be happier. Followed the first time use procedures ( adding oil and gas) which took all of 5 minutes and it started right up. Literally on the first pull, which by the way was barely even a pull. Really not hard to start at all. Sputtered for a couple of seconds to get the gas really flowing through and that was it. This thing purrs!! Very quiet. Highly recommended.

New Generator Seems Like a Good Choice

Purchased along with an iPro2500 to run in parallel. Easy to start, quiet, controls seem well designed. Heavy but the handle enables you to carry with one hand.

Hopefully an easy fix

This is the second one I bought. First one worked perfectly out of the box. This one won't start after adding oil and gas. The OFF/RUN/CHOKE knob is loose compared to my first one. Hopefully it will get taken care of when I get a call from technical support.
