Won't Start!!

From the time I received and prepared this unit for its first use, it has failed to start for me. I have had it since July and still cannot get it to start. I have gone through the Operator's Manual thoroughly and have watched may online videos to try and troubleshoot the problem. I have reached out to Westinghouse and hopefully, this will help me without sending me to a Service Center that is 50 miles away from where I live.
Hopefully, this gets resolved so I can amend this review to a good one, but for now, the unit is worthless.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Well built and starts easily

On first startup, started first pull, but rpms surged. Just needed to clean out the main jet in the carburetor. Now it run's great, smooth and quiet. Very happy with my purchase, it's a quality-built generator that starts easily and runs quietly.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I had never has a generator .... This is SO easy to pull start, and it's SUPER quiet !! It's also not too heavy !! You can charge your phone with it , and link up more generators !!

Great value for emergency use

I purchased this iGen2200 to be able to operate up to 2 refrigeration appliances. When losing power a few years ago, there was an expensive loss of food.
I tested the generator first with a 1600 watt heater and it performed well. Then I tried a 24 cuft refrigerator, worked fine then added a 24 cuft freezer and it works great during a full half hour test!

Easy start, low noise, and provides the power we need for our Airstream travel trailer when we're staying at a camp site with no power hook up.
