It's quiet and easy to operate. Well made. Starting is easy. The manual is comprehensive and easy to follow.

I bought this because my power company shut off my circuit due to expected high winds. They then said they were going to de-energize it again for critical maintenance, but postponed the date (no word yet on the new date), but now I'm ready.
I had to borrow a generator during the shut off.

I bought 2 and neither would run, the seller sent me 2 replacements and 1 of the replacements ran 1 did not. They sent me a fifth and I finally had 2 generators that run after 3 months of dealing with it. At this point I wish I could just get my money back because after receiving 3 out of 5 that wouldn't run brand new out of the box, I am very skeptical about how long they will last without any problems.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
