Good generator... trick to start... great Support!

This is the second iGen2200 that I purchased. The first one would not start. Contacted (excellent!) Support, who helped troubleshoot. No spark, so she told me to return it. The second one did not start at first, sitting on the driveway. Then I rotated it, and it started. The negligible slant of the concrete may have affected it, but it started every time thereafter. Hint: if it doesn't start, try turning it around. (Note: it took 5 tries and 2 browsers to submit this review... even with popup blocking turned off)

I bought this for when we could possibly lose our power. I just need to keep my refrigerator running and charge our iPhones and such. It’s the perfect size.
